Business Solutions & Consulting Volunteer

Part-time volunteer opportunity with M/WBE certified business solutions firm specializing in AI-driven consulting, systems integration, and management consulting services.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with basic research and data collection for client projects

  • Support administrative tasks and document preparation

  • Help with event coordination and community outreach activities

  • Contribute to social media content creation and marketing materials

  • Assist with training program logistics and setup

  • Support proposal preparation and formatting

  • Help with client communication coordination

  • Participate in team meetings and project discussions

  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and innovation

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Interest in business, technology, or consulting

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software applications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable and punctual with flexible scheduling availability

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively

  • Professional demeanor and discretion with confidential information

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
